This is one of my maze series, in which I explore the possibility that, in other universes, a very similar overall make-up can result in something radically different. I got this from one of my favorie movies, in which one man plays two characters who end up fighting over the combined energies of every version of that one particular man. From this, I made a group of 15 (so far) mazes in acrylic paint, each on a 16" x 20" canvas. This maze is green... there, I said it. I had never done this before, and it didn't seem to have worked, this time. Oh, well. I was going for impressionistic. As usual, I let it be very high-energy... there's enough slow art is this world. I actually knew which way was up from a relatively early stage, with this particular maze; that's very rare, in my artwork. A positive person would say I know where the top is. A negative person would say I know where the bottom is. I say I had trouble finding the golden mean.
