I did this in an art class, but I wouldn't call it a student work. I wasn't really supposed to do it, but I needed more experience with oil pastels. I also needed some experience with impressionism. This view, from the second floor of the former John Herron School of Art, no longer exists as it did when I drew this. Since Herron has moved, the building will never be the same. I kinda like this little souvenir of what once was.
