When I set the slowest exposure possible on my camera, and hold it still, the light still changes... it just doesn't usually look this neat. This piece, while fairly good-looking, has special significance to me. I've heard that epileptics see some kind of bluish lightning during a fit... and they can happen anywhere. Deserted blacktop doesn't sound like any place I'd want to fall over and spas-out. Oh, well.
