2004. Scrap woods, plywoods and glue on scrap plywood. 33 1/2" x 15 3/4" 49 1/2" x 16 3/4" Sold! But you can always commission a similar piece.
This piece has a lot of feeling for me. I feel almost as though I gave birth to this piece. I got the plywood from a construction site, and carried it home... the wrong way. I walked around with this seven-foot-long piece of plywood, for two hours. It was pretty intense. The composition on this piece took a long time to fill up. It features spalted maple, teac veneer plywood and walnut as the highlights I like best. It even has a knothole, a little left-of-center. Overall, the weakest link in this piece was that I failed the temptation to just pour scrap into it... control is hard, for me.
