You may have noticed that I outlined the bald girl, who just happens to be very hot, with lipstick. This started because my mother was going to throw-out some perfectly good make-up... including some lovely shades of the aforementioned lipstick. Being a vulture, and hating to waste anything, I found someone cute to pose for me... a few days later, this piece came out, for better or worse. As I was drawing, an idea began to form, regarding human nature. I've heard one of my friends arguing that humans aren't like other animals... attributes intelligence solely to humans. Thinking about it, though, the only reason we call ourselves intelligent is because we see our own intelligence through distorted, arrogant eyes. By dolphin standards, we're idiots. As I crudely illustrate in this picture, all that separates the woman from her background is her painted face... the illusion of being above her surroundings by raising up something fake. We humans may build skyscrapers, but we're as much an ape as any other ape.
